I had a pleasant three-night stay at the JW Marriott Hotel Jakarta. While the hotel itself has some age, the staff truly stood out with their attentiveness and care. My room's amenities were basic but sufficient, and I appreciated the detail regarding housekeeping replacing the toilet paper roll after my minor complaint. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with great service, despite needing updates in certain areas.

My recent stay at the Jw Marriott Hotel Jakarta had its ups and downs. The hotel is in a fantastic location near the business district, and the service was absolutely great, with friendly staff.
